For this Title Sequence I referenced Saul Bass and 1950’s Walt Disney Cartoons. I also attempted to fuse some of the classic Barbie commercials into it. The notion of a woman’s life being like the dollhouse she played in as a girl. I created a sharply shaped character that was graceful and elegant. She would be the highlight of this world that was painted in beautiful purple and blue hues. She would traverse her perfect and ideal life till she crashed with reality and the film transitioned into live action.
